Fence Staining

Fence staining is a technique used to protect wood fencing. With new technology there are many options to choose from when deciding on not only colors but the type of stain and the amount of pigment that will be applied. Stain is typically in 4 categories. 1.Transparent/Translucent finish. 2.Semi Transparent. 3. Semi-Solid. 4. Solid. As you climb up the spectrum the stain becomes more pigmented until you reach the solid base stain in which they resemble more of a paint however are still a stain.
